This Longines Jamboree is the perfect example of a 1960s watch made by Longines. Jamboree was introduced at Baselworld in 1959 and the name comes from the Native American language and means a friendly and peaceful gathering of people. Longines caliber 280 mechanical movement with manual winding. Steel case with polished finish with a diameter of 35 mm. Champagne dial with 'soleil' workmanship and applied hour markers. Center seconds. Signed crown. 18 mm Morellato leather strap. with unoriginal pin-buckle. 'Jamboree' steel case back with pressure closure.
